Professor Borges is founder and managing partner of aktiva GmbH and aktiva Wahlleistungsmanagement GmbH.
Prior to this, he was Partner Healthcare at one of the world’s largest auditing firms.
For more than 25 years, he has been serving clients in the healthcare sector in the fields of corporate strategy, restructuring and transactions.
Peter Borges is a member of various supervisory boards; in addition to consulting, is also active in the healthcare field.
He studied business administration at the University of Cologne, where he also received his doctorate on the topic of artificial intelligence.
He enjoys jogging and golf in his spare time – preferably with his two grown children.
